Coastal Aviation is CASR Part 145 approved and offers aircraft component overhaul, manufacture and repair completely in-house in our CASA approved facility at Marcoola. Coastal Aviation has a CNC machine shop with a variety of CNC Mills and Lathes, a dedicated overhaul section and welding and sheet-metal section.
We have One-Off Production certificate approval for the manufacture of replacement parts and CASA approved welding including Titanium and Nickel alloys.
Our CASR Part 145 approval also covers:-
Maintenance/overhaul of aircraft airframe components, engines and engine components,
– Brake and wheel assemblies
– Landing gear system components
– Sheet metal components
– Turbine Engine components repair
We offer AOG support with onsite welding.
We specialise in R & D, design, machining, fabrication and assembly of aerostructures, airframes and components and aeromedical equipment from concept through to final product.
